Products supplied are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at time of shipment. Material is shipped subject to customer’s inspection. Correctness or suitability of product is customer’s responsibility prior to material being cut, altered or used.

If material is incorrect or defective, our liability hereunder is limited to the purchase price or replacement at our option. Under no circumstances shall the seller be responsible for consequential damages.

No material can be returned without our approval. All material returned is subject to our inspection.
