Hydroform Rubber Tray Pads
Mosites #651 Tray Pads were developed to serve as a protective bladder or diaphragm in hydraulic fluid presses. It is typically sold in roll sheet .5” to .625” thick by 48” wide by 120” to 160”. Available with wedge shaped inserts installed at one end to facilitate winding the sheet on a carriage drum. Its primary function is to protect the main bladder from the possibility of punctures from sharp tool edges.
The physical properties shown below were obtained on 0.080 inch thick molded ASTM samples. They are typical of Mosites #651-50 Y neoprene compound, but they should not be used to set Quality Control Specification minimum requirements.
