Mosites #14272 is a 50 Durometer, low modulus, silicone rubber for use as vacuum blankets in applications where anti-static properties are required.
The physical properties shown below were obtained using 0.080 inch thick molded ASTM samples. They are typical of Mosites #14272 silicone rubber compound, but they should not be used to set Quality Control Specification minimum requirements. The electrical properties were obtained from 0.060 inch thick calendered samples for the fabric finish and 0.080 inch thick molded samples for the smooth finish.
