Lab Testing
Lab Testing is a service offered to our customers. Our lab is equipped with the equipment to do both mechanical and chemical testing.
We can identify unknown rubber materials with our FTIR Spectrometer. We can do physical testing on samples to determine properties.
Custom Rubber Compound Formulations
We formulate all of our rubber compounds in house.
This allows us to keep all formulas performing as required and insures that the highest quality ingredients are used in this process.
We offer custom formulations to meet the specific needs.
Research & Development
Our staff of experienced chemist can provide you with a suitable compound for your application. We have over 60 years in the rubber industry. Our formulary has hundreds of compounds to choose from to meet your unique needs. If we do not have a formulation suited to your needs we can custom compound a formulation for you.
Specification / Qualification
We can qualify material to your specifications as needed. We have compounds qualified to existing Mil specs, AMS specs, ASTM specs.
